Franklin is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a member of the International Association of Real Estate Professionals, a member of the McDowell Board of Realtors, Canopy MLS and the High Country MLS serving all of Western NC (from Charlotte to the Tennessee state line), and maintains an active commercial portfolio on Crexi.  

 

In addition to being very experienced in his field, well read, and highly self-educated in the intricacies of the industry, Franklin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Gardner-Webb University with an emphasis in Business and Social Sciences, and holds degrees in Associate Arts, Criminal Justice, and a Journeyman Trade Degree in law enforcement.
