The towering Roan Mountain that makes up your view from this home boasts the world’s largest natural rhododendron garden.  You have two different ways to access the top this mountain (Carver’s Knob) via vehicle by going through Bakersville, or following Hughes Gap Road down to the Roan Mountain State Park in the Tennessee side.
